Housing Group Sets Ad Campaign, Long Island Business News (September 22, 2000) The Long Island Housing Partnership has launched a foreclosure prevention program to help educate homeowners who are having problems making their mortgage payments.
The campaign includes in-kind contributions by Newsday and Cablevision Systems. Melville-based Newsday is donating ad space in its Friday Real Estate section and Bethpage-based Cablevision is providing production facilities and airtime for public service announcements. Radio stations WLUX-AM, WHLI-AM, WMJC-FM, and WLNG-FM/AM are providing bonus spots as part of their broadcast agreements.
